If you would like to request a date for a tattoo appointment, please fill out the form below. There are designated prompts to include reference imagery as well as a photo of where you would like your tattoo placed on the body. Please be as thorough as possible and provide additional info about size and detail for the project you are wanting completed. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your tattoo appointment. Please note that your submission is a request and a tattoo appointment is not confirmed until a deposit is secured.
We do accept walk-ins for tattoos daily and piercings Tue – Sat.
