If you would like to request a tattoo appointment, please fill out the form below. This form is only a request to check availability with the shop and your preferred artist. Submitting the form does not guarantee that the requested date or time is available. Depending on our schedule, we may already be booked, or your tattoo idea may require additional discussion before an appointment can be scheduled. Please note this may require an in-shop consultation.
Please include any requested reference images and state the area of your body where you would like the tattoo placed. The more information you provide, including the desired size, level of detail, and any other relevant information, the better we can evaluate if your project will match your appointment request.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll contact you to discuss availability and ask/answer any questions about your design if needed. If we’re able to accommodate your appointment request, a $100 deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Please note: Your tattoo appointment is not confirmed until your request has been reviewed and availability has been confirmed by the artist, and if applicable, a $100 deposit has been received.
